I found out about it from my friend who has slimmed way down. My wife is now drinking this and it has assisted her in not only drinking water more frequently but is also contributing to her keeping the 8 lbs off she lost recently. Nothing major just a little less gluten / sugars / etc. I am now drinking this and also complimenting with more activity. Again this is not meant to be a pure weight loss supplement. It is to help you avoid snacking between meals or late at night and also gets one to drink water consistently. Not to mention making your mouth feel clean. The taste is pleasing to me. But I understand this flavor is not for everybody - like the Malbec Wine, Dark Roast Coffee or Imperial Stout Craft Brew that I also find pleasing.
