Whether it was a simple cold or something that kept me flat on my back, it seemed like I was getting sick every other week. I heard that the reason we get sick is because our body is not balanced and our alkaline level is too low, but that taking lemon oil every day will help to balance your body and keep you healthy.It was one of doTERRA's less expensive oils, so I decided to give it a try. I have been using it for almost 3 months now and have yet to get sick. Now, I'm not saying that you *won't* get sick at all, but taking a drop or two of this a day (usually in a glass of water for me) seriously diminishes your chances!
