I could not find any information anywhere on this product before purchasing so I took a chance and thought it looks nice enough anyway..It has a weird blue light, that stays on all the time so it's very distracting and rather unpleasant looking. So the whole center portion is a bright blue once you turn the unit on. Personally they should have chosen white or something softer since the blue color is a bit too much and I have to say not soothing to look at as you pass by it. It has a timer where it shuts off and on but that means the blue lights shut off and on as well. Very distracting if you have it in an office like I do. The water reservoir is small so and it's hard to get into and I can see it'll be a pain to clean down the road. Overall it's going back because for the price I'd rather have a unit that has the options to turn off the distracting lights... It will shut off when it is empty. Works right away and does what it says it will do. It is great! We ran it during school hours and the children did very well sitting still and doing their school work. The light is very soothing.
